Medex Beauty Clinic

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition that you received them — unused, unopened, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated or the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We’ll assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
3. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Perishable goods

Personalized or custom-made products

Opened or used personal care and beauty products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally:

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Each gift card is intended for its specific purpose and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
4. Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (subject to acceptance) and place a new orderfor the desired item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@medex.fi.
6. Order Refusals & Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to refuse service, shipment, or future sales to customers who:

Repeatedly fail to collect orders,

Engage in fraudulent or abusive purchasing behavior, or

Violate our return, shipping, or membership terms.
Such actions may result in account suspension and cancellation of pending orders.
7. Compliance with EU Consumer Law
Our policy aligns with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, granting customers the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days.
However, as we offer a more generous 30-day return period, this already includes and exceeds your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law.
