Shipping Policy

Medex Beauty Clinic
Effective Date: 1st of January, 2025


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During busy periods, new product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If we experience any significant delays in shipment, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

    • Finland: 1–5 business days

    • EU countries: 3–10 business days

    • International orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier issues, weather conditions).


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to the carrier’s tracking page

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us at info@medex.fi.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Finland and selected EU countries.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or regions restricted by law or carrier limitations.

  • Certain beauty or cosmetic products containing alcohol or restricted substances may have limited shipping availability due to transport regulations.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility to pay upon delivery.

We cannot predict or control these costs and are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.


6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not liable for delays or loss once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • If your order is delayed or tracking has not updated within a reasonable time, please contact the carrier first using the tracking information provided.

  • If you believe your order has been lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 10 business days at info@medex.fi, and we’ll assist in filing a claim.


7. Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping fee, and

  • Any return shipping costs charged by the carrier.

Repeated incidents of uncollected or refused orders may lead us to decline future orders or suspend customer accountsto prevent fraudulent or wasteful activity.


8. Shipping for Returns

When returning items (as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy), customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated or the return results from an error on our part.


9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
Material changes will be communicated in advance where applicable.
