Membership Terms & Cancellation 

The Beauty Society

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The Beauty Society Membership Program (“Membership”), operated by Medex Beauty Clinic (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in the Membership or purchasing related services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older.

• By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable, except where explicitly stated (e.g., Platinum guest privileges).

2. Membership Tiers & Benefits

Notes:

• Beauty Credits are redeemable for eligible products or treatments.

• All benefits are subject to availability and may be modified with 30 days’ notice to existing members.

• Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred unless explicitly stated.

3. Membership Fees & Payments

• Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.

• Payments are processed via credit/debit card or other approved payment methods.

• Platinum Membership requires a 12-month upfront commitment and is non-refundable.

• Gold and Silver Memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.

• Annual upfront payments may include a discounted rate as shown above.

• Except as required by law, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Automatic Renewal

Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate.
Members will receive a reminder at least 14 days before renewal.
You may cancel prior to renewal as outlined in Section 6.

5. Member Obligations

Members agree to:

• Use membership benefits responsibly and in good faith.

• Respect appointment times, salon etiquette, and company policies.

• Keep contact and billing information current and accurate.

Misuse of benefits (e.g., fraudulent referrals, resale of gifts or credits) may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Platinum Memberships

• Non-cancellable during the 12-month term.

• No refunds for early termination.

Gold & Silver Memberships

• May be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle.

• No retroactive refunds for previous months.

• Cancellations must be submitted via email, in-salon form, or through the member portal.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms.

7. Beauty Credits & Rewards

• Beauty Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

• Credits are non-transferable (except Platinum guest privileges) and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law.

• Rewards and tier upgrades apply only upon meeting the stated criteria and cannot be backdated or combined.

8. Subscriptions & Pre-orders

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. The following terms apply in addition to our general sales policies.

Subscriptions

• When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on your selected duration and frequency.

• Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you pay in advance.

• Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t wish to renew, you may cancel at any time.

• To change or cancel a subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email or manage it via your customer account.

• Refer to our Returns Policy for information on returns and refunds.

Pre-orders

• When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available or out of stock.

• We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout.

• If partially paid, the remaining balance will be charged automatically once the item is ready for shipment.

• You may cancel a partially paid pre-order any time before fulfillment.

• Once an order has been fulfilled, standard returns and refunds policies apply.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data such as your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, membership tier, purchase history, and preferences.
Your data is handled in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data; and

• Withdraw consent for marketing communications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Medex Beauty Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your membership or benefits.
All treatments are performed following professional standards. Members are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical or skin conditions prior to treatment.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Members will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Helsinki.

13. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in The Beauty Society Membership or purchasing a subscription or pre-order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including automatic billing and renewal provisions, and our use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
