Condition your own and your child's skin with "SWS SPF 50” prior to sun exposure. To achieve an even tan, start with a short exposure and gradually increase to up to one hour per day. Avoid strong UV radiation between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.; a hat and a shirt will further protect from the sun.
Burnt skin can't tan, so take steps to avoid the damage. Immediately dry off with a towel after swimming; water droplets can cause sunburns. To maintain a healthy tan, use "SWS SPF50" and "SWS After Sun" every evening after tanning.
